"Billing checked out"
I ordered a rug and the amount they charged was exactly what I saw at checkout. I kept expecting some random fee to pop up later, but nope, actually, that’s mostly what I care about with stuff like this. No surprises, so I’m good with it.

"Arrived quicker than expected"
My order showed up faster than I thought it would, and the tracking was easy to follow the whole time. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the box looked a little beat up when it got here. Everything else was fine though...

"Nice rug, delivery was a bit frustrating"
I ordered a rug from Overstock and it did eventually show up, but it arrived about 4 days later than the original delivery date. The tracking barely updated, so I kept assuming it was either stuck somewhere or not moving at all, which made it a little annoying to wait around for. The rug itself was totally fine once it got here, so no complaints there. I’d order again, but I’d probably just expect the shipping estimate to be more of a rough guess than a sure thing.

"Payment kept failing and support just gave me canned apologies"
I was trying to order a rug from Overstock, and the payment page was a headache. My card works everywhere else with no issue, but their site kept telling me it couldn’t process the payment without giving any clear reason.

I tried again later, and then I ended up with two pending charges on my card, but no actual order showed up at first. I contacted support, and most of what I got back felt like those copy-paste apologies that don’t really explain anything or make you feel any better.
It did eventually get sorted out after a few days, but the whole thing was frustrating and way more stressful than buying a rug should be. Between the payment problems and the canned “sorry for the inconvenience” replies, I’m not exactly eager to shop there again.

"Way more to choose from than I expected"
I assumed it was mostly just furniture, but they had rugs, decor, and a bunch of random home stuff too. It was nice being able to find everything in one place instead of bouncing around to different stores. Made the whole shopping trip a lot easier.

The item showed up with the box damaged, so I was a little worried at first. I reached out and they sent a replacement quickly, which was a relief. Not sure what happened during shipping, but… at least it got sorted out without much hassle...

"First impression wasn’t great"
My first impression wasn’t great, honestly. I placed my order and then a few days later got an email saying it was canceled, but it barely explained anything. I had to reach out to support myself just to find out the item was out of stock. I did get my refund, but the whole process felt slow and a bit careless

"Good deals sometimes, but I always double-check"
I’ve found a few solid deals here, but a lot of the prices seem pretty much the same as other sites. I always get a little nervous that I’m being fooled by a “deal” that isn’t really a deal, so I end up comparing prices before buying. The value is kind of hit or miss, and once shipping gets added, it can make the whole thing feel less worth it

"Account Settings Took More Effort Than They Should Have"
I was mostly just focused on updating a couple of basic account details on overstock.com, so I wasn’t paying much attention to the rest of the site. But even that simple task turned into a hassle because it kept sending me back to the login page, and a few of my changes didn’t seem to stick.
Customer support was friendly enough, which I appreciated, but they didn’t really solve anything and mostly just suggested trying again later. It wasn’t a huge disaster, but for something as routine as editing account info, it was more annoying than it needed to be.

"Surprisingly easy warranty claim"
I had to use the protection plan for a chair I bought on Overstock, and I was expecting the usual customer service runaround. I don’t usually trust these support processes because they always seem designed to make you give up. But this one was actually painless. The rep was nice, asked me to send a couple of pictures, and got things moving quickly. It took a few days, which I expected, but overall it was way smoother than I thought it would be. I’m glad I added the warranty...

"Their emails are helpful, honestly"
I actually don’t mind their emails at all. Like, they don’t send way too many, the deals are easy to understand, and I even found a rug sale through one of them. So yeah, no complaints from me.

"I ordered this wood coffee table…"
I ordered this wood coffee table and, i was kind of expecting it to be less sturdy than it looked online. But I’ll admit, I was wrong. It feels really solid, there’s no cheap wobble, and the finish actually matches the photos well, which doesn’t always happen. I’ve been using it every day and I’m still happy with it

"Nice little cabinet, hoping for a small credit"
I ordered a small cabinet from Overstock and it went together smoothly. All the parts matched up, nothing was missing, and it took me about an hour to assemble. The instructions were decent enough, not perfect but easy to follow. Overall I’m happy with how it turned out, though for the time spent putting it together I’d definitely appreciate some kind of small compensation or credit.

“I bought a chair from Overstock and they sold me junk and did not stand behind it. Unless you are willing to use the MacBook as a paperweight when it doesn't work, don't buy it”

What are the return policy for rugs? all the this are original from the brands?

“Read the Return Policy carefully. It is very restrictive. Overstock states returns will be inspected before a refund amount is determined. Also they may deduct the cost of shipping to you as well as return shipping. I'm sorry but I am not sure about what your 2nd question is asking.”

When placing a good size order can it be picked up to save freight?

“The main store is located in Midvale, Utah. They must have warehouses all over the country however some places won't let you due to liability depending how big the package is. It's worth the phone call and a bit if googling. Overstock does mainly online ordering & shipoing so picking up your order may decrease the work load of their employees of their delivery folks so that's lost wages for them. Good luck”
